These terms are an agreement between you and SwipenHire, which operates SwipenHire. By creating an account you accept them.
Using SwipenHire
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information about yourself or your company.
- One person per account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Community rules
- No scams, fake jobs, requests for money or fees from candidates, harassment, discrimination, spam or misleading profiles.
- We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Use Report and Block if something feels wrong.
Swipe Credits
- Swipe Credits are a prepaid, non-transferable in-app balance used for premium actions (extra swipes, Priority Apply, job posts, boosts, verification).
- Credits have no cash value and aren't refundable except where the law requires it or a charge was made in error.
- Prices and credit costs are shown before you pay or spend and may change for future purchases.
Hiring decisions
SwipenHire connects talent and employers; it isn't a party to any job, contract or payment between them. Company verification confirms submitted documents but isn't an endorsement.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, SwipenHire isn't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
