What is SwipenHire?
A hiring app that works like swiping: applicants swipe on jobs, employers swipe on applicants. When both sides swipe right, it's a match and you can chat right away.
Is it free?
Yes — creating an account, building your profile and chatting with your matches is free, and you get free Right Swipes every day as an applicant ( as an employer). Extras like Priority Apply, Boosts, Featured jobs and extra swipes use Swipe Credits.
What are Swipe Credits and how do I buy them?
Swipe Credits are SwipenHire's in-app currency. Buy a package on the Credits page. You get a receipt by email, and every credit you spend shows in your history. Credits don't expire.
I didn't get the email with my code
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from SwipenHire. In the app, tap Resend code at the top of the page — each new email replaces the old code. Still nothing after a few minutes? Send us a message below with the email address you signed up with.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The reset link works for 30 minutes.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Profile → Account & security → Change email. We send a 6-digit code to the new address; your email changes once you enter it.
What does "Verified Company" mean?
The company sent us documents (like a business registration) and our team checked them. Verified companies get a blue badge on their profile and every job.
How do I report someone or a job?
Open their profile, job or chat and tap Report. You can also block them. Our team reviews every report. If you feel unsafe, contact local authorities first.
How do I stop emails?
Turn off Email notifications on your Profile page, or tap "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any update email. You'll still get essential emails like password resets and payment receipts.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account & security → Delete my account. Your profile, photos and CV are erased straight away. You can also download your data first.
